Each plan includes a set number of video credits per billing cycle. Currently, each 8 second video you generate uses 800 credits with the Vidra v1 model, or 4,000 credits with the Vidra v1 Pro model. For example, if you have 8000 credits, you can create 10 videos with the Vidra v1 model. Credits reset with each billing cycle, and unused credits don't roll over to the next period.
However, Creator and Pro plans can purchase additional credits anytime. These credits do not expire.
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, any remaining credits from your current billing cycle will automatically transfer to your new plan.
If you run out of video credits before your next billing cycle, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher tier plan with more credits. Creator and Pro plan subscribers have the option to "Get More Credits" at any time.
